Check out one of the newest lounge selections by Herman Miller, ColourForm Sofa Group. Whose work spaces have lounge areas that could use a spruce up? They have the comfort and style of the mid century without making it feel like the 1920's. What could your collaborative areas have added to them to make them more useful and a desire to work in them more? We find that the more inviting that the areas are the more that associates will use them. Also, if a Mid-Manager or CEO will begin to sit in the areas and use them for the short 15 minute power meetings that they will be engulfed by the entire staff in matter of days. The top dogs do something one time, and everyone else thinks it is the right way. So how are you using your spaces to work together?
