There are a lot of studies about how Focused we are at work and at play.  If you are noticing employees are having a hard time completing projects and work loads at work, it might be your color choices... Bold isn't always better in an office space, think soothing and shades of grey and neutrals. Sometimes over powering colors lead to wanting to jump into over drive.

Every space is very different while designing, so a conference room, lobby, bathroom, and cafeteria are treated 100% differently then an exam room, office space, or lecture hall.
