Meeting and Teaming

Before and after meetings, Herman Miller describes the small short meetings as Warm up and Cool down. Warm Up might be practicing or bouncing an idea off a colleague before walking into a meeting. Cool down is making sure that you double check with someone when you are meeting back up or a short quick meeting before heading back to your landing or desk.

These spaces are very crucial so that people feel welcome in a space. You might be able to set down your paper work and grab a drink at a nearby coffee bar, or fill up your water bottle.

The image below shows a meeting space full of Eames Aluminum group chairs with Eames table. Then directly next door, you can see a nice warm up and cool down space, with Chadwick modular lounge. Power in the base to help keep us all charged and ready to come and go.
